Yes. Build your own check-in questions in Outcomes (for example, what steps were taken toward permanent housing this week), enroll residents or whole houses, and the app emails the check-in weekly or monthly. Answers roll into the outcomes report with CSV export, alongside the built-in housing and employment status measures.
No. It is not an HMIS and does not replace one where a funder requires HMIS entry. Its exports are plain CSV so data can be entered or reconciled where needed.
